Born in Italy in the early 80's Stefano developed an interest for music and drums very early on. At age 12 Stefano initiated his drum training through private lessons and went on to play locally for a number of years. His interests and styles played range from rock, jazz to funk r'n'b. Between 2007 and 2010 Stefano joined the Silja and Tallink cruise lines in the Baltic Sea to kick off his drum career as full time member of the house band, where he further improved his drumming techniques. Simultaneously, he decided to develop his vocal techniques and starting singing while playing the drums. In 2010 Stefano moved to the USA and immediately joined the Collective School of Music in NYC as both drum student and staff member. He moved to NYC & has participated in a wide range of performances ranging from duos for bars and restaurants to large band for private events (weddings, corporate parties, etc.) to touring band member (Aaron Carter). Currently Stefano is a member of Hank Lane Entertainment, Rock Star Karaoke NYC, and a drum/vocal accompanist at the Collective School. He is also working on new exciting side projects involving writing his own music.

Oskar Haggdahl got his first drum kit at the age of 5 and since then music and drumming has been around him every day. Oskar grew up playing in several bands he had put together and since the age of 12 he has been gigging around Finland. After studying music in Finland, Oskar moved to New York City to study at The Drummer´s Collective. Besides playing all over New York City and touring with Mamma Mia, Oskar, since 2012, has been rockin' out with Rock Star Karaoke several times a week!
Wilson Montuori is a versatile guitarist who performs styles ranging from pop/rock,world, and jazz to classical music. He has recorded for many labels, including Universal Records, Sony Music, Def Japan, and many more and has performed throughout the world with various musical ensembles. Wilson holds a degree in classical guitar from the Accademia of Music in Florence, Italy, a BFA in jazz performance from City college, and Masters in Music from Boston University. His latest cd titled "Viaggio" has received positive reviews in the guitarist community.
Wilson Montuori has toured worldwide and works with many musical acts in NY state. He has recorded extensively with Universal Records and Def Japan. His theatre credits include "Bedbugs" the musical. Wilson holds a BFA in musical performance at City College and a MM from Boston University. His latest solo effort is "Viaggio", a collection of songs inspired by the Mediterranean sea.
Kelly Cooper, after graduating from college with a BA in musical theater, started Rock Star Karaoke as a fun side project. Over the last 11 years, RSK has become her career and she could'nt be happier. She is an avid vegetarian & animal lover. Her english bulldog, Shubert, is the love of her & her International Boyfriend's life. Kelly has watched RSK grow from local bars, to playing private events for SNL, Bonnaroo, OITNB, Girls, Boardwalk Empire, Hawai, Bermuda & much more. Kelly feels very lucky to have found such a great talented, dedicated group of musicians, even though they forget her birthday every year. You outta know, she's got a whole lotta love in her achy breaky heart.
Brian Holtz is a versatile and in demand bassist in New York City. He has performed across the United States, Holland, France, England, the Caribbean, and has appeared at major festivals such as the North Sea Jazz Festival (Rotterdam, NL), South-by-Southwest (Austin, TX), and the Indianapolis Jazz Festival, among others. As a studio musician, he has appeared on many albums, commercials, and music for television. When not touring or recording, he can generally be found performing nightly in the New York City area. Originally from Indianapolis, IN, Brian grew up in a musical environment and started gigging at age eleven. He received his formal training at the Indiana University School of Music and the Ravinia Institute (Chicago). Brian moved to New York in 2007 and continues to reside in Manhattan. Brian currently endorses Martin Strings.

Dave “Doobie” Aaron (aka Duke Sims) is a Brooklyn native who started his musical career in New York’s public schools. As a young musical prodigy he started playing the Saxophone all the way from 3rd grade to 9th grade, at which point life events forced him drop out of school but music became his refuge. He began playing the guitar, writing songs, playing shows, and spending time in recording studios where he met his friends, which became Shinobi Ninja 7 years ago.
The nickname “Doobie” was coined by his mom and didn’t really have anything to do with cannabis, however, as Dave grew he confesses he did smoke a lot of it and the nickname stuck.
As the lead singer of the rock band Shinobi Ninja, his music has been featured in NBA 2K12 (4 Million Sold), Movies, TV Shows, and Magazines. He is also a Producer, Music Video Director, Mix Media Artist, and plays all instruments. He has played Festivals like Bonnaroo, Summerfest, Afropunk, & SXSW. His fans continue to grow around the world.
His newest self titled Solo album, “Doobie” has just been released on Frostwire and has been download 30,000 times. He is also rich in the hood with his $50,000.
Born and raised in Yonkers, NY & educated in the Bronx, Dean Marchi has been playing bass for various bands around the New York City music scene for the past 25 years. He studied electric bass and acoustic double bass privately with Michael Max Fleming as well as music theory and ensemble work at the Jazz Mobile music school in Harlem, NYC. He was the bassist for the Manhattan College Jazz Big Band for 10 years.
As a performer, Dean has had the opportunity to play in many of NYC’s legendary venues including, CBGB’s, Kenny’s Castaways, The Bitter End, the Red Lion, The Continental, The Sidewalk Cafe, The Sun Mountain Cafe, Arlene’s Grocery, The Living Room, Rockwood and the An Beal Bocht Cafe. He has also toured with bands around the US as well as Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Fiji and Australia.
For the past 5 years, he has been bassist for the live band karaoke group, Rock Star Karaoke NYC performing in various clubs around the NYC area including corporate events, private parties and a special collaboration stint with the “drunk” Shakespeare theatre group, Three Day Hangover.
Kent Thompson began his music career in Australia where he studied at the Sydney conservatory in 1993. While in Australia, Kent played bars, clubs and and made TV appearances with various bands and acts. In 1999, Kent moved to London and played both for commercial and original acts. This afforded him the opportunity to perform in China, Dubai, Israel, Egypt, France and Spain. Kent is now pimping out his worldly musical talent to Rock Star Karaoke NYC where he is fulfilling his life long dream of playing Live Band Karaoke. He will hereby be known forever as the "Rock Warrior." Kent also enjoys a good Sangria and long walks on the beach. JUST SO YOU KNOW, WE KNOW.
Andrea Longato is a guitar player, producer and session musician based in New York.
Performing/Recording credits: Janita, Blake Morgan, Vanessa Bley, Matt Doyle, Ron Pope, Kris Gruen and Elaine Lachica, among others. Studio collaborations: Charles Newman (Magnetic Fields), Kieran Kelly (Angus & Julia Stone, Surfjan Stevens) and Benedetto Caccavale (Maxwell, Ashanti), among others.
As a bandleader Andrea has been playing with his instrumental trio at selected events in Europe and the US. His most recent outfit, ETA BETA, is scheduled to release a debut album in 2016.
Andrea served as a producer and arranger for several artists in the City. He is currently involved in the production of a new record for "Unsuddenly", a collective of musicians that draws heavily from post-rock and indie. Some of the music that he recorded got featured on important television networks in the US.
Andrea is faculty member at the The Collective School of Music and resident guitar teacher at the Greenwich Village School in New York. As an educator, he has taught classes at many events in America and Europe alongside some of the most respected clinicians in the world.
